HP was a member of the VRGeo Consortium between 2003 and 2010. In 2011 and 2012 HP was not a member to rejoin the VRGeo Consortium in 2013. HP left the VRGeo Consortium again in 2018.
NVIDIA
NVIDIA is the world leader in visual computing technologies and the inventor of the GPU, a high-performance processor which generates breathtaking, interactive graphics on workstations, personal computers, game consoles, and mobile devices.
NVIDIA became a member of the VRGeo Consortium in 2005. This cooperation was ended in 2018.
Barco
Barco is a world leader in professional markets, in which it offers display and visualization solutions. Based upon in-depth market knowledge, the company designs and develops solutions for large-screen visualization, display solutions for life-critical applications, and systems for visual inspection.
Barco joined the VRGeo Consortium in 2005 and left it at the end of 2017. During its membership, Barco provided innovative visualization technology to the VRGeo Consortium such as a LED Wall with 3 70″ HD panels, the TwoView/ L-Shape display (Holobench), LC-5621 4K panels as basis for the world’s first 4K multi-touch table, and the ClickShare wireless presentation system.
Saudi Aramco
Saudi Aramco is a fully-integrated, global petroleum enterprise and a world leader in exploration and producing, refining, distribution, shipping and marketing. Saudi Aramco is fully owned by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Saudi Aramco has joint ventures and subsidiary offices in China, Japan, the Netherlands, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States to handle its international business functions.
Saudi Aramco joined the VRGeo Consortium in 2007 and left at the end of 2017.
Eni
Eni is an integrated energy company, committed to developing its activities in research, production, transport, transformation and marketing of oil and natural gas.
ENI was a member of the VRGeo Consortium in 2003. ENI re-entered the VRGeo Consortium in 2011 and was a member for 5 years until 2015.
Wacom
Wacom is a Japanese company headquartered in Kazo, Saitama, Japan, that specializes in graphic tablets and related products. As there was a direct link to the VRGeo R&D topic multi-modal interaction, Wacom supported the work of the VRGeo R&D team in 2015 by the provision of a Cintiq 27QHD touch and a Cintiq Companion 2 tablet.
Landmark Halliburton

With this knowledge, Landmark’s clients can see further, deeper, more accurately and more comprehensively than ever. So they can make better decisions with less risk than ever.
Landmark was a founding member of the VRGeo Consortium and left at the end of 2014. In 2012, Landmark Halliburton purchased the VRGeo Multi-Touch-Table, the world’s first 4K multi-touch table, to host Decision Space Desktop, Landmark’s seismic interpretation framework.
Statoil
Statoil is an international energy company with operations in 34 countries. Building on more than 35 years of experience from oil and gas production on the Norwegian continental shelf, Statoil is committed to accommodating the world’s energy needs in a responsible manner, applying technology and creating innovative business solutions.
Statoil is headquartered in Norway with 20.000 employees, and is listed on the New York and Oslo stock exchanges.
Statoil was a founding member of the VRGeo Consortium. (Norsk) Hydro joined the VRGeo Consortium in 2005. Statoil left the VRGeo Consortium at the end of 2014.
BP
BP is one of the world’s largest energy companies, providing its customers with fuel for transportation, energy for heat and light, retail services and petrochemicals products for everyday items.
BP was a founding member of the VRGeo Consortium. BP left the VRGeo Consortium at the end of 2013.
Petrobras
Petrobras is producing oil at competitive prices in offshore fields at increasingly greater depths, attracting interest from oil companies from the world over with which it is signing cooperation agreements to explore and produce in its reserves in the huge Brazilian submarine platform.
Petrobras joined the VRGeo Consortium in 2004 and left at the end of 2011.
Shell
Shell is a worldwide group of oil, gas and petrochemical companies with interests in biofuels, wind and solar power and hydrogen. Shell helps to meet global energy demand in economically, environmentally and socially responsible ways.
Shell was a founding member of the VRGeo Consortium in 1998. Shell left the VRGeo Consortium in 2003 to rejoin in 2006. Shell left the VRGeo Consortium again in 2010.
Chevron
Chevron is a collaborative enterprise whose many parts work in concert to deliver vital energy. Acting with a common vision all around the world, Chevron’s various businesses fulfill their commitment to provide the energy that drives human progress.
Chevron joined the VRGeo Consortium in 2004 and left the VRGeo Consortium in 2011.
Schlumberger
Schlumberger is the leading oilfield services provider for oil and gas companies around the world. Through well site operations and in its research and engineering facilities, Schlumberger works to develop products, services and solutions that optimize customer performance in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
Schlumberger was a founding member of the VRGeo Consortium. Its membership ended in 2006.
(Norsk) Hydro
Hydro is a Fortune 500 energy and aluminium supplier operating in more than 40 countries. Hydro is a leading offshore producer of oil and gas, the world’s third-largest aluminium supplier and a leader in the development of renewable energy sources.
(Norsk) Hydro joined the VRGeo Consortium in 2005 and left it on occasion of its merger with Statoil.
